How can I keep informed of changes made to a Care Plan or a Staff Action Plan

Creating a notification to alert you any time your Care Plan or Staff Action Plan is updated, is easy.

• Open a Care Plan or Staff Action Plan.
• Look for a 'Follow' button.
• Click that Follow button.

• Acknowledge that you wish to be notified of changes.

• Save the Care Plan or Staff Action Plan.
