Question: How can I edit Staff Accounts
Answer: In short, you can't!
Only Continual Care Solutions admins or the Staff Members themselves can edit Staff Accounts.
Even System Administrators cannot edit Staff Accounts. They can only edit client accounts. Staff must edit their own email address (or import it from their HR system). Or Continual Care Solutions can edit it for them - AFTER we verify it is not being used for logins and that it is unique (a duplicate email can prevent a person from being able to log in).
