How can I compare my current Staff Action Plan to one previously created

When trying to see how your current Staff Action Plan differs from one submitted previously, users can utilize a basic comparison tool to compare top level goals and supports between two plans.

1. Open a Staff Action Plan in the Staff Action - Work Queue screen
2. Click on the Compare icon

3. A window will open, displaying other Staff Action Plans which where previously created for the same individual, and asking you to select the one you wish to compare your current Staff Action Plan to.
4. Select one of the other Staff Action Plans and click Proceed:

5. A comparison will be made between the two plans so you can quickly see where they differ or are similar:

Click Close to exit the comparison and return to your current Staff Action Plan.
