How can I change the prompt level when auditing a Staff Action Support

When auditing a Staff Action Plan Staff Support, the auditor can set or change the prompt level of the corresponding support as well add Staff Summary Note content.

Change the Support Prompt Level by selecting a new level from the drop down list.
