How can I be informed when changes are made to my Staff Action Plan

IMPOWR has the ability to keep users informed when changes are made to a Care Plan's Staff Action Plan (SAP).

• After selecting the Staff Action Plan, click the Follow button:

• A window will open asking you to confirm that you wish to be receive notifications when the Care Plan's Staff Action Plan (SAP) is updated in any way. Click OK.

• Clicking 'Follow' generates a Follow Updates Notification Policy in the system. These policies can be viewed in the IT Management section of the System Menu:

Viewing the policy, you can see any time the plan is updated or deleted, you will receive a notification informing you that the Care Plan's Staff Action Plan has been updated.
