How can I automatically set an End Date for my Staff Action Plan

Once a Staff Action Plan start date is entered (it is a required field), upon saving the plan, the system will automatically enter a Staff Action Plan end date if no value had been entered. The Staff Action Plan end date will be set to 364 days after the Staff Action Plan start date.
