IMPOWR accommodates the tracking of a Supportive Decision Maker by adding a relationship to the relationship grid.
To set this up, select the Supportive Decision Maker Involvement Type in the Account Types settings in Configuration:
Make the selection of the Supportive Decision Maker editable on the relationship grid (if selected):
If the Supportive Decision Maker is selected, it will display in the Account Relationship panel:
