Article summary

Bed Check views have been updated to deal with past, current, and future dates.

If it is the current day:

The current schedule is displayed, and the staff enters statuses.

Users can choose to display all clients or only active clients (ones with active check schedules) on the Bed Check display... The active clients that show are ones that are ACTIVE on that date (based on the start and end date). And a red/green banner shows if person has active bed check schedule or not.

If it is the prior day:

The Bed Check display only shows a Read Only view of previously entered data, and a warning panel is displayed to indicate the user is viewing a past day.

If the user has the Supervisory Privilege to "Edit Prior Work Queue Checks" they get:

  • Bulk option menu
  • Checkboxes
  • All/None buttons

A user with edit rights can add/edit/delete an entry. Clients that show in the display are the ones who are ACTIVE on that date (based on the start and end date).

If it is a future day:

The display shows the edit view, but hides 'sleeping' and 'awake' statuses (because it is in the future, and no one can know in advance what the individual's status will be at that time). A warning panel will display indicating the user is viewing a day in the future. Similar to the Current Day, users can choose to display all clients or only active clients (ones with active check schedules) on the Bed Check display. The active clients that show are ones that are ACTIVE on that date (based on the start and end date). (The active clients that show are ones with active bed check schedules.) And a red/green banner shows if person has active bed check schedule or not.
