Can I clear the billable service and rerun auto-calculate billable service

As long as something is not yet invoiced, you can keep recalculating it.

You can also experiment with the “skip” checkbox. If you are skipping rows with billable services, then you can uncheck that.

Once something is added to an invoice, the rules won’t update it. In that case, you need to remove from the invoice and then you can rerun the rules.
