Users can access their Staff Action Plan and Monthly Report directly from the Client Portal.
In order for them to display in the portal...
- The client must have a Staff Action Plan (SAP)
- The client must have completed "supports" from the Staff Action - Work Queue
- The Monthly report (on the Staff Action - Data Log) must be approved
If all three (3) of the above are met, the plan and report will display in the Client Portal.
