Why does my Staff account also display in Non-Client Accounts

IMPOWR has 2 kinds of accounts:

  • Client Accounts
  • Non-Client Accounts

A Staff Member is not a client, so the Staff Accounts fall under Non-Client Accounts. For ease of access, Continual Care Solutions has created a subset of the Non-Client Accounts to display the staff members - but all Staff Accounts are also Non-Client Accounts.

NOTE:

The reverse is not true - ALL Non-Client Accounts are NOT Staff Accounts - only those designated as staff accounts are Staff Members.
