Why can't I add a signature block to my form

If the form was set up as a survey, there are no signatures on a survey, so the addition of a signature block is not possible.

But there are signatures on other types of documents…so, you need to change the form type to another type, in order to add the signature block.

• Open up the survey form and click on the Edit Name & Usage Settings under Page Usage Settings:

• Change the type to something like Client Document or Account and then click Save.

• After you confirm your change, go to the Question, click the gear (settings).
• Choose the Data Entry Method.
• The Signature Block will now be an active option for you to select.
