- You will occassionally see missing audit trail entries. This is not due to the system not capturing the information, but rather this is typical of deleted entries. Once the entry is deleted - there is no longer a reference to the entity (because the reference no longer exists) so the entity name will not show. That's why the entity name is included in the comment - so at least we have it somewhere. You'll see that on other entities too, not just ledgers.
