When do Staff Action Plans (SAPs) display in the Work Queue

The Staff Action Plan displays in the Staff Action - Work Queue when the following conditions are met:

  1. The SAP is 'approved'
  2. The SAP is 'ACTIVE'
  3. The Person’s status in the Program is 'Enrolled'
  4. The data being looked at is in a valid date range for the plan (start date and end date)
