What privileges do I need to unapprove Staff Action Plans

A privilege for un-approving an SAP and a second privilege for un-approving one with data have been created.

• To un-approve a sap with data, the user must have both privileges.
• To un-approve a sap with no data, just the first privilege is sufficient.
