The minimum required staff member fields are:

- First Name
- Account Type (Staff Member)
- Gender
- Address 1
- Address 2 (if there is an address overflow, or also used for units or apartments)
- City
- State / Province
- Zip / Postal Code
- Country
- Phone
- Position/Role/Title
- Supervisor Last Name
- Supervisor First Name

- Salutation (if a professional)
- Middle Name or initial
- Preferred Name (example, their name might be Stephan, but they prefer to be called Steve)

The minimum required client fields are:

- Account Type (**Client (Independent) **or Client (Dependent)) (dependents are identified as clients who are children)
