The criteria we use for showing a person on a list will vary with the list.
For the Work Queue, we will only show a person when:
- They are in the selected program with a status = Enrolled
- They have an Staff Action Plan (SAP) with approval status = APPROVED
- The status of the SAP = ACTIVE
- The current date you are looking at is >= the Start Date of the SAP
- The current date you are looking at is <= the end date of the SAP or there is no End date specified
For the Monthly Reports, we show people when:
- They have an SAP with a status of ACTIVE
- They show even if they are no longer in the program and even if the SAP has now expired (past end date) because there may have been data for them that month.
For the Support Log
- We show All data whether the SAP is active or not (because its work we provided)
