This release note update covers key features and changes released as of May 2, 2025.

What's New?

  • DDPs: A new filter other is added to Client list.

  • School Grades: School grades are now configurable dropdowns.

  • Programs:

    • Pop-up warnings and a banner is added in program to alert users about multiple enrollments with enrolled status or overlapping dates when saving, bulk editing, or merging programs.
    • Checks for overlapping dates, multiple records, active enrollments, and non-final status enrollments ensure data integrity and prevent errors.

What's Improved?

  • Account Communications: A bulk update communication preferences option is added to Client's list, set with privilege.

  • Behaviors:

    • New Behavior and Behavior Category filter is added to Account behaviors.
    • Behaviors can now be moved between categories in the library, which may affect reports and Behavior support plans.

  • Billing Opportunities:

    • Privileged users can delete billing opportunities on the Unit of Service tab.
    • Billing rule selection changelogs are now audited.
