This release note update covers key features and changes released as of March 7, 2025.
What's New?
- Client fund: Client fund can be now allocated to services.
- Demographics: A new Primary Language option has been added to demographics of new client intake; defaults to English.
- Facility:
- Landlord details have been added with options for account or organization; the "add new" shortcut appears when "organization" is selected.
- A filter to display landlord name is added.
- Facility inspection now has optional panels.
- Asset :
- A new asset status filter has been added for inspection.
- Vehicle chooser now has vehicle program, and division filters.

Accounts:
- The client contact list has been simplified, account type and county are now optional.
- School information has new city and state dropdown.
- The medical panel now captures disability information from the new client intake form.
- DDPs: Clinic dropdown is hidden, and visible only when clinics are configured.

Program session: Default billable service is now hidden and visible only when the program has billing ruleset.

Program Weekly Tracker: Earnbacks can be now bulk applied for available earnbacks in the week.
