• Memo: A detailed document of med incident details, actions, next steps, comments, staff counsel, and instructions.
• Staff Counsel/ Retraining: Staff involved in the error can be referred to programs or training directly from the medication error page.

Appointments

• Type Categories: Appointment types now have a category that can be user configured.

What's Improved?

• Incident Handling: Incidents involving multiple staff members.
• Appointments: Editing appointments from the simplified view can now be configured to show only the information of interest.
