Closing Programs

When closing a program, all clients active in the program will be closed with the current date as their End Date.

Session Walk-ins

Walk-ins are now configured on the Program Session screen, with flexible behaviors to support different kinds of programs.

Relationship Map

More types of relationships and more filters make it easier to see an account's touchpoints to other accounts and organizations.

Clients Served (APR)

New filters and new options:

• configuring the scope of who is included in the report
• configurable options on income types
• simplifies identification of unentered data
• simplifies reconciliation of inconsistently entered data

Data Cleanup

• More account attributes on Key Data Element Quality reduce errors and drive more meaningful demographic reporting, particularly for CSBG APR reporting.
• New options to check for household sizes.
