This release note update covers all the features and changes done between the dates of 5.03.2024 - 5.17.2024
What's New?
Form Entity Comparison
There is a new Form Entity Comparison page!
The user can now take a form that a client completed, and compare it to the information that is already stored in their accounts. The user can then choose to override or keep the profile.
This can be navigated to through the client account, through the form dropdown. Selecting the mapping icon will lead the user tor the form comparison screen.

Account Details
Household ID was added to client accounts on the Relationship widget.
Users can turn this on or off in the configuration settings, under account types.
Appointments
Appointments now have the ability to support files!
Appointment Types
The user can now link account forms to appointment types!
When a client goes to fill out an appointment with a form, they will also have to fill out the form before saving the appointment.
Files
There is a new expiration date field and filter on all file grids. There is also an edit icon that allows the user to set the expiration date.
Keys now also have file support and a file tab.
Form Signature
Forms can now have a signature block associated with them.
To activate this signature block, the form must be labeled as an "Account Form" and the checkbox for "Form Signature" must be checked off.
Import Service
There is a new organization import service available in Configuration under Reference Libraries.
New organization fields were added to imports that the user can select when entering a new import or editing an existing import.
Quick Contacts
There is now a new feature that allows the user to extract customer information without creating a custom report!
What's Improved?
Appointment Types
If the appointment type is set to have a pay point and the "auto pay" is set then when the appointment is completed, the user will encounter a pop-up that will ask if a pay point should be generated for this appointment.
This will either create a new pay point or update an existing pay point!
Account Profile
A discharge date was added to client account profiles!
The user can set the discharge date only if the client's status is discharged. This can be merged between accounts, and a new reserved word was added as well.
Account List
There is now a general-purpose age filter on the account list!
Billable Services
The word "Override" has been replaced with "Billable Service" all around the application.
New checkboxes were added for Daily Activity Minutes and Bed Checks on the Billing Oppurtunities page.
The checkboxes must be set up on the "Billing Ruleset" page.
The Billing Oppurtunities page will not show a date range greater than 18 months.
Billing Opportunities
The Billing Oppurtunities page can now deal with un-billable services!
Client Portal
Community Events can now be accessed on the client portal by enabling the checkbox in the Registration Widget.
DataSet Library
Report and Dataset Categories now have a feature that allows subcategories to be moved from category to category.
DDPs
DDPs can now be filtered by program or division!
Equipment Acknowledgment
The equipment acknowledgment can now be edited by the user in Reference Libraries with new equipment-related reserved words.
The user can now request an acknowledgment and will have to confirm and send the request from a pop-up.
If there are any issues with the request, it will be contained in a pop-up for the user to fix and try again.
Mailing Contact
New Mailing Contact column on the Relationship Widget.
The Relationships widget on the Clients team also now shows the relationship between the client and the person listed, but with a dropdown list that allows the user to edit the kind of relationship easily.
Staff Action Audit Page
The staff action audit page now has the start time, end time, and group information displayed!
Prompt Levels
Programs now have different prompt levels that can be edited and set by the user!
These prompt levels will differ from the default selections, enabling the user to choose between the two sets.
Workflow Screen
The workflow screen will now have a tab that will show when the client has appointments and if the program has the option to show appointments.
The user will only be able to add or delete appointments if the program and the client have the privileges to do so.
Mailing List
On the client list is a new Division filter for a person in a program in the selected division.
Clients can also now be set to be their own primary contact which will show when creating a mail list!
Helpline Calls
The user can now sort caller profiles within helplines! The user must edit a specific helpline to get to this tab.
