What's New?

Account Review

Review Templates was added to Configuration, under Reference libraries!
It is a library of user-defined review profiles. Once a template is added to this library, the user can locate it in the "Account Types", "Treatment Plan Types", and "Care Plan Types" pages.

There is a new "Account Review" link added to a couple of pages: View and Edit Account, Care Plans, and Treatment Plans and Assessments.
Pressing this link allows the user to review that document and mark it as completed.

Forms

Forms can now be attached to Course Sessions!
Course Session Forms can now be created in the Form Library, like any other type of form.

Once a course session form is created, the user can attach that form to any course by editing that course. Only forms listed as Course Session forms will show up as available options.

The newly assgined forms will also show on a student's details page, next to each session they're assigned to. Clicking the number of forms activates a pop-up that allows the user to link forms to that student's session. The user can only choose form the list of forms associated with that course.

Once forms are linked to the session, they appear on the forms tab like any other type of form.
Click the form name to fill it out. Once the form is submitted and locked, the forms grid will show that it's submitted.

There is a new functional privilege to unlock course session forms that have been submitted. Enable it in Account Roles for to see the submitted forms.

The user can also attach forms to students in sessions from the Session Details screen.
When the user clicks the checkbox on the popup, adding a form will immediately redirect them to the full list of that student's forms, allowing instant access to fill out the form.
There is no limit to amount of times you can add the same form to a student.

Referral Document View

There is a new Text Block that the user can create: Custom Referral Templates. It functions as any other Text Block.
The custom referral template can be assigned to a program while editing it, under "Custom Referral Template".
On the "Edit Referral" page, there is now a "View Documents" button that allows the user to view these referrals through the Referrals and Medical Director Work List pages.

What's Improved?

Billing Private Pay

For programs with private pay, a new Billing Widget was added to client accounts! This widget will only show if the Programs Operations tab is enabled for that program.
The user can select which billing mode the client will use.
Users can now filter by the billing mode on the Billing Oppurtunities page, and it will display the billing mode that was chosen for that client.

Staff Action - Perform An Action

When performing staff actions, ongoing and as-needed tasks now always start with only 1 tab.
When the action on that tab has been saved (either started or completed), a new empty tab will appear.

Staff Action - Billing

When performing an action, there is a new option to indiciate whether that individual was present, not present, or remote for that action.

Staff Action - Data Log

The Data Log page now has a filter indiciating the presence of the individual for that day.
[I.E Remote, Present, Not Present].

LOC Change

When there is a Level of Care (LOC) change, if there is a mismatch to resolve, the system will create a new task assigned to the account program's CASAC indicating that.

New Reserved Words

Three new reserved words were added to the database! Add them to any template or text block as usual.

  2. ReviewStatus
  3. ReviewBy

Legal Guardianship Changes

There is now a "Not Specified" and a "No Legal Guardian" option for client accounts. This is an important distinction for accounts that have a guardian but are not aware of all the information that is needed.

Help Lines

Diagnosis and Community are now included in the Help Lines "Account Attributes" tab. The user can enable, disable, or highlight these values.
Through the Active Call Screen, the user can now access the help line settings through the "Other Related Setup Screens" Widget.
When adding a family relationship from the active call screen, the user will now have the ability to assign any type of account to the family member.
