DSM Codes are now selectable as a Diagnosis Code on account profiles.

When a Staff member is designated as a Driver, users can now enter more enhanced driver details in theAccount Profile. The details include License, Insurance, Road Test information, and other, including whether the driver is certified for busses.

Accounts which are out of the country or incarcerated can now be tracked. Both of those statuses could impact Medicare, because medicaid benefits are lost if the account is out of the country for more than 30 days in a year. The Address History is used to enter the account's temporary address. When an account is out of the country or incarcerated, an indicator displays that on a banner at the top of the account. One also displays on the account in the Relationship Map.

Users can now enter third party case managers and provider related comments in the new area found directly under their role.

When an account is affiliated with an organization, the account can be assigned to more than one role with that organization. Similarly, when in an Organization, contacts can also be assigned to more than one role.

Users can now add additional options to enhance the military service look up list.

Portals

Provider Portal

The files tab on the provider portal now only shows files that were uploaded through the provider portal. Any file uploaded to the provider portal, whether manually on the files tab in that portal or through the program workflow, will have the text "PROVIDERPORTAL" put on the front of the filename. Providers can only see files with that text on the front of the filename

Registration Portal

Enrollment details (showing the couse enrollments allowed and the number of filled positions) is now displayed in the portal.

Programs

Program Workflows

A secure messages tab now appears on the program workflow screen. As long as a user has the entity right to view secure messages, they can send and receive messages.

When saving a form in a program workflow, users can now choose from the following:

  • save the form. (This allows you to save the form 'temporarily’)
  • save the form and mark the step as complete. (This allows you to complete the step, but still come back in and edit the form more. If the form is set to automatically get pushed to the document queue on completion, this option will do that.)
  • save the form, mark the step as complete, and lock the form. (If this form is set up to go to the document queue, this option will do that too.)

NOTE: If the form has some required fields that aren't filled out, the system will not let you choose the second or third options.
