Client Documents
Copying Tagged and Untagged Documents
When a user copies a Client Document, using the Copy button on the header of the page, the new document will be created with a tag of "Copy".
If the document to be copied is already approved, the newly created document will be created with a status of "not specified" and all approver information will be removed.
Tagging Documents
Tags can now be added to Client Documents...and when a Client Document is copied, the tag is also copied to the newly copied document. The tag editor displays in the banner at the top of the client document edit page. Users need the appropriate entity right to create tags. Without that entity right, users can only choose tags that someone else has already used before. Copying a client document will automatically add a tag named "Copy" to the newly-created document. The tags also display on the Client Document list.
NOTE: After a tag is entered, users must press the enter key, and must click the save icon to save the tags before saving the whole page (with the apply or save buttons). Saving the whole page while the tag editor is still open will not save the tags.
Users will be able to filter documents based on the tag.
Staff Action Plans
Bulk Operations
On the Staff Action - Claims page, users can now select / clear service selections, or add / remove items from invoices, in bulk.
Daily Notes
When entering a daily note - users now have a way to suggest the service for the day. The list of services comes from the billing ruleset designated as part of the program setup. The selected service is only the suggestion. The person billing will make the final determination.
Daily Note Auditing
Users are not allowed to audit a note for a future date. If they try to do that, a message will be displayed informing them "You cannot audit a note for something expected to happen in the future. Audit this note on or after xx/xxx/xxxx"
Entering Notes in Bulk
There is a new feature to create multiple daily notes at the same time. Users can select a date range or multiple people or both...create a single note and have it apply to all.
Secure Messaging
On the Staff Action Plan - Claims screen, the finance department can now easily send secure messages to Program Directors about claims with problems. The normal use would be to filter the list by program, and after selecting the claim, all the Finance Department needs to do is click Secure Email Directors. If more than one program are selected for the filter, then the same email will be sent to multiple Program Directors (who are associated with the selected programs).
