New Feature Added - Changing Roles or Viewing Your Account is now Easier
- A new feature was added to make changing your Account Role (if you are assigned to more than 1) and viewing your Account easier. Previously, when you clicked on your profile picture, you were provided with these options. Now, a step was removed, and you can click on directly your Account Role to be provided with the option to Select a New Account Roles or click on your Name to immediately be brought to your Account.
Enhancements to Tasks and SOP documents - New 'Follow' Option
- Users now have the ability to 'Follow' a Task or an SOP document. The selection of this option adds a new 'Follow' type notification policies, which will be triggered any time the Task or Document is deleted or updated. When deleting that incident, that notification policy will also be deleted for that item.
Staff Wellness Check Questions Enhancement - New Label Option
- When creating Staff Wellness Check Questions, users may wish to just enter a line of text (a 'label') that requires no input. That has now been added as a question entry type in the Staff Wellness Check Questions.
Enhancement to Client Contacts - Call Again tagging
- The ability to notate the action to call someone again, has always been available in the Call Center. That tagging has now been extended to the Client Contacts screen. When the action of Call Again is selected, a field displays allowing you to set a due date for that action. Both the current action due date and the call again action and its due date appear in the Client Contacts list.
Case Audit Enhancement - New Filters and Form Name
- 2 New Filters were added to Case Audits. By selecting the Form (also a new addition) or the Sample Name, users can quickly filter the list of samples to find the one they are looking for.
Enhancement to Case Audits - Added Categories and a User configurable Recommendation List
- Some changes were made to the Case Audits that will make them easier to use. The category can now be captured and can be both displayed in the Case Audit list and filtered on in the list, to make it easier to identify. For each category, a set of standard recommendations can be created and edited. And deleting that standard recommendation from the master list will also delete it from the other audits using it (like many other lookups work).
Enhancement to Learning Management - Added ability to Complete a class session in Bulk
- The ability to change the status of multiple students to "Complete", in bulk, has now been added to both the Class Enrollment page and the Session Attendance page. This will save instructors a tremendous amount of time when marking a student's participation in a class as complete...especially for classes where large numbers of students attend.
- Bulk Completions can also be done from the student list in course sections, by selecting the student and updating their status.
Learning Management System Enhancement - New Attendance Report
- A new Attendance Report feature has been added to the course list page. By clicking on the icon, you can view the report and optionally export it. The report consists of the course name, the student, and whether or not they registered for and attended any course sections.
Incident List Enhancement - New Victim Name Filter
- A new filter has been added to the Incidents List. Users can now enter a name or use wildcards to filter the list of incidents on the name of the Victim. This will allow users to narrow the list of incidents to only those desired and will help Administration and Program Management on both reporting and on determining the next course of action needed.
Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters Enhancement - Added Expiration Date and Filter
- An Expiration Date and new Expiration Date Filter have been added to Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters. This will allow users to easily see which documents are about to expire.
Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters Enhancement - Added a View icon
- Instead of opening up a Policy, SOP, or Form Letter to view it, users can not click on an eyeball icon for a quick view of the active revision
Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters Enhancement - Added a Review Date
- A Review Date has been added to Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters so users can not only track the revision, the expiration of the revision, but also track when the document was last reviewed
Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters Enhancement - Added SOP Edit Rights on an SOP-by-SOP basis
- Modeled after Report security rights, users can now be assigned rights to access and edit Policies, SOPs, and Form Letters if they have been granted those security rights in their Account Role. The security rights are based upon the categories that an individual can see.
Account Role Enhancement - Import/Export Functionality Added
- Account Roles can now be exported from one instance and imported into another, with the addition of new Import/Export functionality. It is a two-step process involving the creation of a Summary Report, and then importing that Summary Report to the new instance.
- While in an Account Role - click on Summary Report:
- Create a new Account Role in the new instance, and after clicking on Apply, click Import.
- Upload the Summary Report file and click Proceed. The new Account Role will be created.
Enhancement to Inspection Types - New Copy Functionality
- Users now have the ability to Copy checklists and data entry items, by selecting the Inspection Type and clicking Copy. This new functionality will make it easier and quicker for users to create new, similar, inspection types, without having to retype all the instructions.
Vaccination List Enhancement - Vaccine Sorting added
- A sort order feature was added to the vaccination types. This can be set up in the Vaccination Type lookup list in Configuration and will display the sorting in the Vaccination List per that sort order that was set up.
Vaccination List Enhancement - Client Groups added to Group Assignment
- Instead of just selecting individuals when updating vaccinations for a group of people, users can now select Client Groups. This helps agencies save time when applying group vaccinations - for example, in the past, an agency would select each individual client when they wanted to update the records of all clients in a group or residence home. Now, with the addition of Client Groups, instead of selecting each individual, the agency can just select the group (assuming it had previously been created).
Vaccination List Enhancement - 3rd Dose Added
- The ability to add a 3rd Dose has now been added to the Vaccination list. This dose applies to injections to infections like Hepatitis A and B.
Enhancement to Group Assignments - Select All/Deselect All Added
- The ability for a user to Select All or Deselect All has been added to Group Assignment of Services, Courses, and Services. This will speed up the group assignment process.
Learning Management System Enhancement - A Registration Gap Report Has Been Added
- A new Registration Gap Report has been added to identify an agency's active staff members who did not register for a specific course. This report will come into play when the agency has some required courses for all staff members, such as those related to health and safety. This report will identify those who have not yet registered. Clicking on the Registration icon will initiate the running of the report.

- A change has been made to the message sent by an automated Scheduled Notification - which can be sent when a student when a student self-registers for a Learning Management System (LMS) course. The message now provides more details on the course and section registered for, as well as the next session
