Enhancement to Notifications - Conditional Logic and Special Rules added to Entities
- Conditional logic has been added to a select list of entities in the Audit Notification Policies. This logic will allow users to identify specific situations for which they want a notification to be triggered, such as when an organization is added into imPowr for a specific city, etc.
- Entities getting conditional logic applied will be easily identified in the notification because they will have a blue "bubble" adjacent to the entity listing, which can be clicked on to access the edit conditions mode (a white bubble indicates there is no conditional logic being applied).
- The conditional logic will follow SQL syntax and will utilize reserved words (example: for organization the addition of an Organization might include the conditional logic: [City]='Rochester' or [City]='Bronx', or for a concern the logic may be listed as: LoggedByAccount_pKey = @Me).
- Once the Entity is added, the Conditional Logic can be added via the Check syntax button.
- Shortly after being deployed, the list of Reserved Words for each entity type will be provided.
- On audit notifications, typically the audit is only triggered when the status is updated. An new feature allows users to define special rules like that for entities that provide special tracking for updates. The new rules currently only apply to Tasks, Accounts, Contracts, Complaints, Concerns, and Incidents.
Asset Enhancements - Top 50 and Row Count added
- A Top 50 filter and a Row Count were added to the Asset List to make it easier to confirm the number of assets entered as well as to view the 50 most often accessed assets.
Enhancements to Keys - new features added
- A new menu item was added to help manage keys.
- The ability to assign either an individual or multiple people (groups of people) to one key (for shared keys) has been added.
- The ability to associate a key with a facility and/or an asset has been added.
Enhancement to Account Roles - New Compare Button
- The ability to compare Account Roles has now been added by the use of a new Compare Button. This will help System Administrators better manage Account Roles and quickly determine why someone may or may not have access to a screen page or specific functionality.
Learning Management - School Portal Enhancement - online course links are now available
- For online courses, the online course URL link can now be displayed. This will provide a place that students can go to access to the online course content.
Enhancement to Audit Trail - IP Addresses are now being logged
- IP Addresses have been added to the Audit Trail.
- The Audit Trail always included the name of the person performing the auditable activity, allowing the auditors of various events in imPowr to know who performed the activity, but the adding of IP Addresses will also help those auditors identify the source of where the activity took place.
Audit Trail Enhancement - Now captures Exports
- To gather a fuller picture of what people do with the files and data in imPowr, the Audit Trail now captures exports of data in addition to viewed files and IP Addresses of the person performing the activity. This will make it easier to identify if anyone downloaded information that they did not need to...especially helpful during audits. In addition to the capturing of the export activity, the number of rows of data downloaded is also captured.
File Upload Enhancement - Drag and Drop improvement
- Although most users were unaware, Drag and Drop functionality has always existed when uploading files to imPowr. To make it more evident and more useful, a colored zone was added and the ability to upload up to 4 files at once has been implemented. A progress indicator was also added to let users know when the program is still working on uploading the file.
Enhancement to Learning Management Notifications - Notification of Course Section or Session Cancellation
- Students and their managers can now be notified if a course session or section, that the student is enrolled in, is cancelled or changed. Users have the ability to set up this notification for to notify the managers of all students in the course or only specific managers, as well as for all students in a course, or only some of them.
- The message sent is customizable.
Vaccination Enhancement - New Filters added to the report
- In addition to the recent enhancement of capturing a 2nd vaccine dose, new filters have been added to the Vaccination list display to make it easier to find information.
- The display of where the dose was administered and who performed the injection can now optionally be displayed. Additionally, the Vaccination List can be filtered by vaccine manufacturer as well as where the vaccination was given.
Vaccinations - New Feature: Bulk Assignment of Vaccinations
- Users can now use a Group Assignment enter Vaccinations in bulk. After selecting the accounts and entering the necessary vaccination details, multiple vaccinations can be tracked at once.
Enhancement to Quarantines - Now showing Sick Days and Days Out
- The system now tracks the number of days of a person who is quarantined. It looks at the difference between the start and end dates of the quarantine. Users can also now manually track Sick Days manually. This is HR and auditing purposes.
Audit Notification Enhancement - Messages now allow the use of Reserved Words
- Reserved Words have been added to Audit Notifications. The choices of Reserved Words will vary depending on the triggering entities. For example, if the trigger was account related, the group of Reserved Words would be related to Accounts. But even if the entity has no Reserved Words, you still get the standard Reserved Words like: MyAcct, MyOrg and general.

Audit Notifications - Enhancement to selection of When Activity Performed By activity triggers and Who to Notify
- Users can now select the When Activity Performed By trigger and select Who to Notify from a list of users based on their account role. By selecting by account role, users who are non-staff may now also be selected as the trigger of an activity or be sent a notification, as long as they are set up in the system and have an email address.
Organization Enhancement - Addition of a Foundation to capture and work with Business Customers
- A new user configurable panel has been added to Organizations which will allow the capture of Business Customers. This new panel will provide users with the ability to view, add, edit and delete customers.
- This enhancement is the foundation for many other future Business Customer attributes. Each Customer has its own class - so each has its own notes and files, as well as a place to capture orders.
Finance Menu Enhancement - Business Tools section renamed
- The Business Tools section in the Finance Menu has been renamed to Entrepreneurial Tools to position the section for future use.
- Because a business unit is a special type of organization (it is "internal" vs "external"), this new change allows users to create new organization types called "Business Unit" and select that as the initial type for all business units. Because this section is evolving, more differences between regular Organizations and Business Units will emerge over time.
Enhancement to Work Orders - New Work Order portal options
- In the Configuration page, users now have the ability to display or hide the Work Order's priority and Due Date on the portal.
- The Work Orders also now show who the task is assigned to (or "None").
Enhancement to IRC Reviews - Now easier to edit and display the Agenda
- A link to the Internal Review Committee (IRC) Review Agenda template will display once a user clicks on Edit. This shortcut makes it easier to modify the template without having to go through configuration settings.
Inspections Enhancement - now captures who completed the activity or entered the information
- When users complete inspection checklist or enter a value as part of data collection, upon saving, the user's name and date of entry is captured. This will provide agencies with both an audit trail as well as provide a name of someone to go back to for questions.
Enhancement to Files - Files can now be renamed after being uploaded
- The ability to rename a file after it has been uploaded as been implemented. This will save users a lot of time, because they no longer have to rename files on their PC, upload them to imPowr, and delete the old files. Users can now rename the uploaded files directly in imPowr.
