Finance Enhancements - Chart of Accounts has been added

  • A Chart of Accounts is now available in the Finance menu. It can be used to track both income and expense budgets and YTD amounts for an organization.
  • The list of items included in the Chart of Accounts is editable in the Reference Libraries section of Configuration.

Enhancement to Notifications – New input page

  • Scheduled Notifications have now been combined with Audit based notifications in the same page. Users will no longer have to go to multiple pages to set up their notifications.

New Feature – Key List

  • A way to capture and manage keys has been added to imPowr in the way of a new Key List. This new list not only captures key codes, statuses, types, associated facilities and assets, but it also captures who it was assigned to, when it was assigned, and when it was returned. Once the Key List is configured to display for the account type, and the appropriate privileges are set, the key assignment will display on the staff member’s account profile.
  • This new list will help agencies manage their large and seemingly ever-growing inventory of keys.

Complaint Enhancements – New Filter and Columns

  • A new filter for Priority has been added to the Complaints list. Additionally, some new columns: Name and Organization (both of the Submitter) have been added to make it easier to identify the source of the complaint if it has been provided.

Complaints – New Option for Anonymous or Named Submitters

  • A new option has been added to Complaints which will allow a user to submit their complaint in either imPowr or in the Complaint Portal, with their name attached or anonymously.

Concern Workflow Enhancement – Added the ability to do Anonymous Entries

  • When from dashboard - specialized information (such as status and priority) will be hidden, and the submitter information will be prefilled with the logged in user details. Users will have the ability to turn that submitter information off and switch to anonymous if they wish. the concern will be filed under 'anonymous' but their name will still show in the audit trail as having entered the concern (on behalf of anonymous) .
  • If users do not want their name to even show in the audit trail, then they need to use the concern portal which has anonymous entry as well as the ability to assign to an anonymous person

Concern and Complaint Enhancement – Ability to set Priority

  • A new feature has been added to both Concerns and Complaints. Users can now set priorities for the issue. This priority is filterable.

New Vehicle Portal – allows for checkout and check-in of vehicles

  • A new Vehicle Portal will allow for checkout and check-in of vehicles. Users must he assigned the proper privileges in order to access the portal. Entries made in the portal immediately update imPowr.

Notification Policy Enhancement – New ID names

  • The Notification Policy IDs have been renamed to reflect the type of Notification. For example, for scheduled notifications, the ID used to be 00006. Now it is Scheduled-00006. This allows for differentiation between the different types of notifications and allows for easier searching.

Enhancement to Employment Verification – new fields added

  • New fields have been added to capture the date and person who performed the employment verification, along with a new field to capture any comments.

Enhancement to Incident Workflow – Added the Responsible Organization

  • Added the ability to select the responsible organization on Incidents since for most incidents, the responsible party will be the org where the incident occurred.

Contracts Enhancement – list now captures Renewability

  • Users can now optionally display whether their contracts are auto-renewed as well as the renewal date

Enhancement to Vaccinations – subsequent dosage now being tracked

  • The subsequent dose and due date are now tracked in the vaccination list. These items are searchable.

New Work Order Portal – allows facility work orders to be entered

  • A new Work Order Portal has been added, allowing authorized users (those assigned to the portal) the ability to enter facility work orders.

imPowr Menu Change – Change Made to the Finance Menu

  • A **Minor **change was made to the imPowr Finance menu, to better reflect the menu items as well as to make room for some upcoming changes. The Finance section was renamed to Client Finances. Additionally, a new Business Tools section and a Financial Audits menu item were added for future imPowr additions.

Enhancement to Mailing Lists – Mailing List Addressee added

  • Users now have the ability to add a Mailing List Addressee name onto the Mailing Labels. This is the first of many changes that will soon be made to improve the Mailing Labels which can be generated from imPowr.

Community Portal changes – the portal has been refactored

  • The Community Portal has been refactored to accommodate needs such as those which could be very useful to the Arc Collaborative.

Activity Dashboard Enhancement - Dashboard import/export functionality

  • The ability to export a Dashboard tab and import a Dashboard tab have been added to dashboards. This new feature is in preparation for the future sharing of dashboard designs. Due to its complexity, initially, only Continual Care Project Managers will use this functionality.

Enhancement to Facility Inspections – Checklist and Data Collection

Attributes have been added

  • A Checklist and Data Collection attributes have been added to Facility Inspections to assist the inspector in their inspection. The checklist (which is configured in the Reference Library) provides the inspector standard step by step instructions – ensuring consistency and completeness of their inspection activities.

Concerns Portal Enhancement – Compliance Related fields added

  • In order to capture Compliance related concerns, the Submitter section was modified to include a text box to capture the Organization, existing users can provide their contact information or remain anonymous, the Compliant section was renamed to Concern Details (and includes observed events), and the submitted concerns appear on the Concerns list in imPowr.
  • The Organization can also optionally be configured to be a required field.

Concerns Enhancement – New Report Template and filters added

  • A new report template was added so an agency can quickly and easily send a report to their customers when a hotline call/submission comes in. The configurable template utilizes Reserved Words to allow its creation to be quick and its output to be consistent and professional looking.
  • New Name and Organization filters have been added to the Concerns List to make it easier to identify and locate specific concerns.

Task Enhancements

  • A new Association Name filter has been added to help users quickly find tasks associated with many things such as events, facilities, grants, incidents, contracts, etc.

  • A new Health & Safety indicator and filter have been added to the Task List. Previously users were able to identify which tasks were Health and Safety related. Now they can filter the Task List to quickly find those tasks.

  • A new Task List Kanban View and Menu Item were created. Kanban is used to improve efficiencies by taking an agile approach and allowing team members to track the progress of work through its workflow in a highly visible manner. Kanban cards provide key information about a particular work item, giving the team full visibility into the job being done, who is responsible to do the work, its priority, status, and due date, etc.

Enhancement to Community Portals – New option to require login when

accessing the portal

  • Administrators can now optionally require users of the Community Portal to enter their login information to access the site. This new feature provides agencies with an option to restrict access to the community portal site if they so desire.

Enhancement to the Launch Checklist – Priorities can now be added

  • The Launch Checklist was announced during the last release. This checklist can be used to standardize the process and act as a reminder for the activities required when launching new instances of imPowr (or for any project launch, for that matter).
  • Users can now add priorities in addition to the Activity and Comments.
