Enhancement to Datasets – Refactored for a better display and to improve the use of Security Roles

• The layout includes more space to allow for the entry of a larger definition and to improve its looks.
• Added a configurable Option to General Preferences to auto-add the role of the person creating the data set when a NEW dataset is saved the first time. The default is "yes".

Program Enhancement – New ability to Email clients or export Client List

• Optionally added the ability to email one or more clients from the Program clients list. The list can also be exported.
• This will allow users to email program participants directly from the program without having to go to other pages in imPowr.
• The address and school details were made optional for the display and export.

Policies, SOPs and Form Letters Enhancement – New Filters added

• New filters have been added, allowing users to search by Comment or Revision number. This will help them quickly find the documents they are looking for.

Policies, SOPs and Form Letters Enhancement – The document status is now captured

• A new Overall Status field has been added to Policies, SOPs and Form Letters.
• This status displays in the Document list with varying background colors, depending on the status.
• This will allow users to quickly identify which is the current document.

New Audit Trail Enhancement – Now captures Viewed Files

• The ability to display who viewed a file in the Audit Trail was recently added – users can filter the Audit Trail to quickly find that information.

Program Details Enhancement – Enrollment Adjustments have been added

• Sometimes people are served by a program, but they never leave their name, so there is no record of being served. This new feature allows an agency to capture those people without having to set up multiple “No Name” accounts.
• Capturing the actual number of those served will display on the dashboard and will provide a more realistic view of the impact programs have on the community.

Enhancement to Workflows – Now allows for Services and Notes to be added in bulk

• Two new workflows have been added, providing the ability for services or notes to be added to a group of accounts, in bulk. This will save a lot of time for those in the agency who have to add the same service or note to different accounts, over and over again.

Enhancement to Datasets – Addition of Security Roles

• In addition to refactoring the layout of the Dataset details screen to provide more space for the query and to add notes, the ability to set security roles for the accessing and executing the dataset has been added.
• Adding the security role adds both the view and export privilege for that report to the Account Role.
• These enhancements make the user interface for datasets much easier to use and more helpful.

User Defined Fields Enhancement

• User defined fields are now displayed in a full page and offer configurable types for both accounts and organizations.

Dashboard Enhancements – Now with an image-based Chart Selector

• To assist users with how the chart will appear on the Dashboard, the selector is now imaged based.

Dashboards – Tabular Data formatting options have been added

• Special formatting options for reserved words have been added, such as displaying currency when displaying finances, and displaying percentages.

Dashboards - New Widgets have been added

• Five new widgets have been added to Dashboards allowing for a more meaningful display of data – a linear gauge, a radial gauge, a scatter plot, a horizonal bar chart, and a donut.

Dashboards – Ability to move tabs between Dashboards or copy tabs

• Users now have the ability to move their dashboard tab to another Dashboard in just a few simple clicks.
• Users can also copy an existing tab into a new one – saving them lots of time while setting up a new tab.

Dashboards – Users can now scroll between tabs

• A new scroll feature has been added to Dashboard tabs. Previously, the tabs did not display if there were too many to fit on the page – now you can scroll to the additional tabs.

Enhancement to Datasets and Metrics – A new Copy function has been added

• The ability to create a new dataset or metric is now easier with the addition of a new Copy function.
• Users with ‘add’ privileges can now use a new Copy function to create a new dataset or metric from ones that already exist.

Account Roles Enhancement – Tool Tips have been added

• It has always been tricky to determine which roles had a specific privilege without looking through all roles, through the addition of a tool tip to see who else has the privilege, it is now a lot easier to see that information.

Enhancement to Task Lists – A New Assigned-To filter was added

• When viewing the Task List, users can now view tasks assigned to them or a team that they are part of. This can be done by selecting the Assigned To ‘Me or a Team I am on’ filter.

Enhancement to Incidents – A new Investigator filter was added

• Users can now filter incidents by the assigned investigator. This new filter will reduce the time it takes to find which incidents are being addressed by particular investigators.

Enhancement to Equipment List – Purchase amount/date and age filters have been added

• The purchase price and date, and a new purchase date/age filter have been added to the Equipment list and can be optionally displayed and exported.
• This will help users determine the value of their equipment and help them determine when the equipment outlived its supported life and should be replaced.

Vaccination List Enhancement - New vaccination list filtering added

• New filters have been added to the Vaccination list to accommodate the 2 doses required for COVID-19, Shingles, and other vaccinations.

Vaccinations – The 2nd dose of a vaccine is now captured

Services Enhancement – New In Process status

• A new “In Process” status has been added to Services, replacing the “Enrolled” status which used to be there.
