How is EVV tied to Unit of Service

EVV submissions can be done with invoices that have unit of service charges on it, as long as the program tied to that charge requires EVV. The EVV submission log page now refers to "charges" on an invoice generically.

When a program requires EVV submission for daily charges and an invoice is being submitted a few things happen:

• A column appears on the invoice grid with EVV status
• A popup appears to confirm EVV submission
