How can I print out my Care Plan or Staff Action Plan related form template

Care Plan or Staff Action Plan related form templates can be printed out directly from the Form Library:

  • Navigate to the Form Library

  • Locate the form you wish to print the Form Library list

  • Click the Preview button (eye):

  • A Print button will become available on the preview of the Form Template that displays:

  • Clicking that print button will open your browser print tool to all you to print out the form.
