If the facility address does not display on the Monthly Report header as expected, the reason it does not show is because you must link the program to a facility.
This actually needs to be done for all programs. On the surface you may be thinking to yourself that sounds like duplicative effort (e.g., why have a program Apple Street and a Facility Apple Street?). The reason is that for a residential program like this example, the program and the facility align, but that isn’t always the case.
For clinic for example, the OT Program, PT Program and Psych Program may all take place at a single common facility, or the OT program may take place at 3 different facilities.
The program-to-facility relationship is not always 1:1 and the program and facility many not always have the same names, so that linking needs to be done.
