How can I identify the individuals who refused to allow their EVV location information

A few reports have been created to try and help you keep track of which staff members are denying location info from their browsers.

• EVV - Most Recent Staff Location Denials
• EVV - Staff location denials in a date range

The way to interpret the one in the screenshot below, is for example:

• Tammi Rendon last logged a support on July 8th (5 days ago) and denied the location for that. She may have allowed it in the past or on different computers, but her most recent entry is July 8th and on that occasion, she denied it. The “Programs” column is just to give you more info on where she works. Some people may have multiple programs listed if they enter support data in multiple places.

The other report, all denials in a date range, looks more at history. You can filter by date and see any people who denied location during that time frame.
