A QC check that can help with the “almost a full day” case is available. The new warning is set in program Configuration like this. In this case it is set for 235 minutes (the default) so that the warning will appear if someone is within 5 minutes of a full day.
When enabled, on the Billing Opportunities you'll get the “after the fact” warning as usual. But in addition, on the Session page where people are being checked in and out, you will also get a check there. Right now, it is only a time check, but the warning process is built in a way that we can add more checks in the future.
For this check, if the person attended and is checked out, but has “almost” enough minutes (based on the setting) then their little box will turn light red, and a warning icon will appear.
If you hover the mouse over the warning icon or click it, you will see that the person has “almost enough minutes for a full day” and the staff person should check on it.
So, for training people, please advise users if they see any of the boxes turn red like that, that means they should look at that one a little more closely.
Over time, additional checks like not enough supports, missed lunch, etc. will be added (In the above screenshot, it triggered earlier at only 75 minutes because the threshold really low).
