Each program can have its own custom note templates. These default templates will copy into the Staff Action Plan when the program is selected. (Note: users can override these templates from within the Staff Action Plan.)
To create a default note template for your program, please do the following:
- Navigate to the program and click on its ID to open it
- Enter the Edit mode of the program
- Go to the Program Operations tab
- in the Operations Settings panel, look for the Note Templates section

- Click on 'Default Support Note Template' or 'Default Checklist Note Template'
- Create the template by entering the text you wish to use, along with the appropriate layout

- Click Save to save the changes made to your program
