The case number in some agencies is only a single value whereas in other agencies, the number might be separated into 3 segments. In the Program Workflow, you can change the agency case number to accommodate the number of segments that works best for your agency.
Single Value:
Three Segments:
In the Program Workflow setup screen, look for the Case Number Style Tab drop-down list.
Select the style which best meets your agency's needs:
Three Segment or Single Value:
Save your changes when completed.
