How can Finance send claims related messages to Program Directors from the Staff Action - Billing Opportunities page

On the Staff Action - Billing Opportunities page, the Finance Department can easily send secure messages to Program Directors about claims with problems.
The typical way to do this would be to filter the list by Program and then click it. (If you filter for many Programs then the list will include people from multiple Programs.)
- Open the Staff Action - Billing Opportunities page
- Select the** Billing Items** which have issues and need to be addressed
- Click Secure Email
- A Send Secure Message page will diplay, allowing for the entry of a secure message to the Program Director.
- The message will reference the Billing Items that need attention.
- When the message is completed, click Send.
If you wish to attach any files or backup documentation, before clicking Send, click Send & Attach Files.
The message will be queued in the system, waiting to be sent after the files have been attached.
Click OK and attach the file(s) by clicking on the '+' and uploading the file(s).
Click 'Close' to send the file(s).
The message recipient will receive an email with a link to open the message.
Any files which may have been attached will also be available via the secure message:
