How can a DSP tell if there is action needed on their notes for their completed Staff Action Plan support

When an audit of the completed support notes takes place, there are many ways in which the DSP can be informed or tell if there is some action needed on their notes.
The auditor can choose to not only inform the owner that action is required on the note, but they can also email that comment directly to the owner:
The Staff Action - Data Log also indicates any indicates any time an auditor identifies there is some kind of action needed (i.e., when they click on Action Required):
And, when a DSP looks at the Staff Action - Work Queue screen, if there is action required, a Notes icon will display with the number of notes requiring action:
Clicking on that icon, the DSP can see which notes need updating. They are also provided with a link directly back to that note, so they can update it:
Once they save their updates, that required action is no longer displayed in the Notes icon page:
